PURPOSE:To shorten idle time and improve the efficiency of working by sequentially performing a series of the respective necessary broaching operations with a single drive source during one revolution of a fly wheel. CONSTITUTION:During one revolution of a fly wheel are sequentially carried out the putting-in-and-out, location, clamping, broaching, unclamping and delivery of the work. The cutting is carried out at the position b in the right movement of a ram 7, and when the ram 7 reaches the position a and moves leftward, the work is put in the location b by a transfer unit 6 while the work 3 unclamped in the position b is discharged to the work discharging position c. Thus, idle time is substantially shortened. |
