PURPOSE:To facilitate and make sure the preparation of bar-code sheets, by providing such an arrangement that an identification bar code is marked on a distribution sheet for goods to be distributed from a department store or the like, and the bar-code is read upon sending so that the data are printed in accordance with the information of number of goods by means of a computer. CONSTITUTION:An identification bar-code 9 is marked on a distribution sheet 1 on which a person requesting to deliver goods and the address and name of a receiving person are written, and a reader 15 reads this bar-code 9 and delivers it to a computer 16. Meanwhile, the number of goods is inputted into the computer 16 from a key-board 20. The computer 16 drives a printer 21 in accordance with these date in order to print the same bar-code as the bar-code 9, a distribution bar-code 28, the number 30 of goods 22 to be distributed, on labels to be applied on the goods in the number of sheets equal to the number of goods, for preparing distribution managing bar-code sheets 10. Thus, bar-code sheets may be simply and surely prepared.
