PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-insulating synthetic board free of warping and distortion when pressed by a method in which a short-fiber cellulosic base material as an aggregate is bonded with a reinforcing base net and pressed together. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic mesh base material net (e.g., of glass fiber or carbon fiber) or a metal net 2 as a base material is put between cottony cellulosic materials formed by beating and crushing wood, chaff, etc., as an aggregate 1 of about 60 mesh and pressed. The aggregates 1 and the metal net 2 are integrally entangled with each other when hot or cold-pressing the aggregate 1 lapped on the net 2 by mutual organic combinations, and thereby a heat-insulating synthetic board having good bending strength and good resilience without any distortion, etc., can be obtained. |
