The invention relates to medicine and veterinary and can be used at transfer of cells, tissue and organs etc. A composition allows to prevent implant rejection and contains protein of diluted recipient blood autoserum, additionally it contains glucose, phosphorus and ions of sodium, potassium and chlorine at following ratio of components (wt.%): blood serum protein – 0.01-0.99, sodium ions – 0.313-0.334, potassium ions – 0.014-0.021, chlorine ions – 0.344-0.38, phosphorus – 0.00003-0.000045, glucose – 0.0006-0.00009, water – the rest. |
