PURPOSE:To automatize the separation and takeout of a cylindrical rubber product with undercut portions by a method in which a reciprocally movable supporter is provided at the position facing plural core molds and takeout devices of the same number as moldings are attached to the supporter. CONSTITUTION:A reciprocally movable supporter 21 is provided at the position facing core molds 6 to form plural moldings, and an takeout mechanism consisting of chucks 2a and 2b, an air cylinder 3, and an air nozzle 4 is set to the fixing plate 1. The supporter 21 is advanced, the nozzle 4 is positioned at the core mold 6, and the opening end of a cylindrical rubber molding 31 is held by the claws of the chucks 2a and 2b through a piston 14 and a link 11 by means of the cylinder 3. Under the condition, compressed air is supplied between the molding 31 and the core mold 6 from the nozzle 4, the supporter 21 is retracted, and the molding 31 is separated and taken out. The separation and takeout of the cylindrical rubber product with undercut portions can thus be made easier. |
