PURPOSE:To reduce speed change shock by controlling an output of an engine to be lowered during a period of time from a speed change start time to an end time. CONSTITUTION:An engine 1 is an electronic-control fuel injection engine, and an injector 4 and an actuator group 6 including EGR solenoid and so on are operated by an engine control computer 3 to control the operating condition. An automatic speed change gear 2 is of a lock-up advance 8-speed and retrogression 1- speed type. An actuator group 11 is operated by a computer 10 for controlling the automatic speed change gear, which receives signals from a sensor group 7 for detecting various information such as an engine throttle opening, a car velocity and so on, and 1-2 shift switch and the like for detecting a speed change position of the automatic speed change gear 2 to perform lock-up control and speed change control.
