PURPOSE:To enhance the rigidity and strength with respect to bending, twisting and the like while setting the center of gravity in the cross section at the position deviated from the center thereof as required by having an internal reinforced part employing a composite material consisting of a resin and reinforcing fiber. CONSTITUTION:A core metal 3 is made to adjoin the core metal 1 wound with a composite material 1 and then, the planer part 3a of the core metal 3 is put together with the semicircular planer part 1a defined by the composite material 1. Then, under such a condition, a sheet-shaped composite material 4 the same in the composition as the composite material 1 is wound in layers on the circumference of the composite material 1 and the core metal 3. Then, the composite materials 1 and 4 are heated to harden a resin therein and then, the core metals 2 and 3 are pulled out of the composite materials 1 and 4 to obtain a tubular product having an internal reinforced part 5 extending diametrically. |
