PURPOSE:To obtain plastic product with high magnetic characteristics by a method wherein magnetoplumbite-type crystal structure compound powder whose chemical formula is MOnFe2O3 (M is represented by Sr, Ba or Pb, n=5-6) is treated with acid and is formed in magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:By means of treating magnetoplumbite-type crystal structure compound powder whose chemical formula is MOnFe2O3 (M is represented by Sr, Ba or Pb, n=5-6) with acid, magnetic powder whose super-impalpable is removed and particle is made round, is obtained, and then this powder is mixed with resin and is kneaded. The acid which is used for the acid treatment may be either mineral acid, such as HCl, H2SO4, HPO, HNO3, HPO4, HF etc., or organic acid, and the magnetic powder is treated with the mixture of one or more than two sorts thereof. This resinous magnetoplastic product can be applied to a stator and a rotor etc. of a small motor, and results in miniaturized and lightened motors. |
