The device which is the subject of the present invention relates to a metallic support which contains the frozen cosmetic substance which is caused to emerge during its use or which is retracted into an isothermal sheath during its storage. According to Figure 2, the device is characterised by a metallic cylinder serving as a cold energy reserve which slides in an isothermal plastic case by means of a knurled wheel for manual control, in the manner of a lipstick tube. The assembly is protected by a plastic cap during its storage in a freezer. The present invention is used in the beauty-care and hygiene industry. <IMAGE>
