PURPOSE:To cause the titled device to display a vibration suppressing characterisctic in a low frequency region and a vibration isolating characteristic in a high frequency region easily and effectively by making it possible to suitable change the damping performance and the spring constant in accordance with the driving condition of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Rubber elastic members 8 in which are embedded mounting metal fittings 6 are mounted on both ends of a metal fitting 2 of a cylindrical main body. Within the metal fitting 2 are partitioned two fluid chambers 14 and 16 by a partitioning member 4 provided with a fluid passage 24 as an orifice means. At the cylindrical wall part of the metal fitting 2 are formed bypass holes 40 and 42, and a bypass member 44 is disposed to be positioned on the outsides of the bypass holes 40 and 42. A valve body 52 actuated by a solenoid 56 is mounted in opposite to a valve seat 48 of the bypass member 44, and the bypass passage can be controlled in accordance with the traveling condition of a vehicle.
