PURPOSE:To enable to perform the high temperature fusion treatment of the incineration residues by detecting the fused slags, incineration residues and the amount of storage in the furnace continuously. CONSTITUTION:The incineration residues 66 of rubbish are thrown in the fire proof furnace 1. The supply opening 2, through which the incineration residues 66 of rubbish 66 are supplied, is formed on the cover of the furnace. The detection of stock amount of the incineration residues in the storge hopper 20 is performed by the detection of the weight of storage hopper 20 or the detection of the level of the incineration residues 66 in the storage hooper 20. The throwing- in of the incineration residues 66 from the storage hopper 20 into the furnace 1 is performed as follows. After detecting if the body of furnace is in the condition that the incineration residue 66 can be thrown in, a specified amount of incineration residues 66 is cut out by opening or closin the cutting out feeder 23, 24 in order. Further, the fused slag 51 produced by the heating fusion is discharged from the outlet port 52 for fused slag by opening the opening and cosing mechanism 54 after detecting that the slag is produced under the specified production condition. |
