PURPOSE:To obtain an easy testing method for outside equipment at the place where it is connected to a computer by providing a means to input source language for testing and to translate it into mean language and to execute it, and by reporting its test results to an operator. CONSTITUTION:A test source language input means 1 inputs a test and diagnosis program which is written in source language into the system by an interaction between an operator, referring to information in the memory. A mean language compiling means 2 converts this source language to understandable and executable mean language, and stores it in a memory means 3. The memory means 3 stores the data of mean language for test. An execution means 4 reads the mean language stored in the memory means 3, and executes it and memorises the test results using a memory means 5. A test result display means 6 edits and displays the test results stored in the memory means 5. A control means 7 controls the timing of input of source language, generation and execution of the mean language and display of the test results, and also executes system initialization and termination process. |
