PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce operation cost, in a wet dust collection apparatus, by providing a water sprinkling dust collection tower for separating dust from air, water tanks used in sprinkling and recirculating water and a sewage separator for separating dust from water by centrifugal separation. CONSTITUTION:A dust-containing air stream air stream enters from an air intake port 1 and the dust in the air stream is collected by washing water, which is supplied from a water distributor 5 and scattered by a rotating metal net rotor 4, and collected in the water tank 3 under a dust collection tower as dust water while air is exhausted from an exhaust port 22. The dust water enters a sewage separator and centrifugally separated into dust and water by a rotary basket 10 while water is discharged to the water tank 13 from a water receiving tank 11 by a fall and positively foamed to adsorb fine dust by foam. The foam enters a dust accumulation chamber 25 through a chute 19 and washing water is supplied to the water distributor through a water feed pipe 15 by a recirculation pump 14.
