PURPOSE:To suppress the revolution variation of the output shaft of a reduction gear by a spring and a damping means which are installed inside the reduction gear. CONSTITUTION:A reduction gear 12 is driven by a motor 1, and an elliptical cam plate 11 contacts in slidable ways with the rotary shaft 7 of the motor 1. The cup-shaped first annular body 15 which deforms elastically is installed onto the outer periphery of the cam plate 11, and an external-tooth gear 15A is arranged onto the outer periphery, and the external-tooth gear 15A is meshed with the internal-tooth gear 17A of the second annular body 17 positioned inside a housing 5. The housing 5 has a groove for setting a projection part 23 on the inner peripheral surface, and a rubber elastic body is interposed into the groove, and the both of spring action and damping function are provided for the swing movement of the second annular body 17. The torque pulsation acting onto an output shaft 20 is damped by the elastic body. |
