PURPOSE:To assembly the captioned body easily and efficiently by integrally forming a rotary sealing ring and a stationary sealing ring onto the outer peripheral surface of the part ranging over the both rings by a cylindrical coating body consisting of a film made of thermally shrinked resin. CONSTITUTION:A revolution-side constitution member 1a and a stationary-side constitution member 1b are kept through a proper jig 14 into the state where the both sealed edge surfaces 8 and 10 contact with a sealed edge surface 13 and arranged in the relation where the both edge surfaces 8 and 10 can be incorporated into a rotary shaft 3 and a seal housing 2. The both constitution members 1a and 1b held in the above-described state are applied with a cylindrical coating body 15 consisting of the well-known thermally shrinked resin film made of vinyl chloride, etc. as raw material. Said coating body 15 is applied onto the outer peripheral surface of the part ranging over the both sealing rings 8 and 10 by contracting the coating body 15 by a heating means, and the both constitution members 1a and 1b are integrally formed. |
