PURPOSE:To attain low power consumption by switching voltage supplied to a CPU, a ROM and a RAM in accordance with the status of a switch to be opened/closed while interlocking with the operating means of a camera. CONSTITUTION:An interface 24 detects the status change of a switch group 32 to be opened/closed while interlocking with the operation member of the camera. When the opening/closing state of the switch group 32 is not changed, the voltage of a power supply battery 1 is supplied to the CPU21, the ROM22 and the RAM23. At the change of the opening/closing of the switch group 32, boosted voltage from a DC/DC converter 2 is supplied to the CPU21, the ROM22 and the RAM23. Since the voltage to be supplied to the CPU, the ROM and the RAM is switched, low power consumption can be attained.
