PURPOSE:To make the adjustment of bend dimension easy and to eliminate the bent trace on bending work by inserting into a base plate freely slidably a main lever and sub lever fixed in a body and also fixing it with a push bolt. CONSTITUTION:A parallelling main lever 10 and a little shorter sub-lever 20 are inserted freely slidably into a base plate 30 and guide rollers 40, 50 are fitted freely rotatably to the tips of levers 10, 20, also the rear ends of the levers 10, 20 are fixed in a body by a fixing member 60. And plural supplementary roller 40a with the same diameters as that of the roller 40 positioned behind the roller 40 are fitted freely rotatably to the lever 10. A guide plate 70 is fixed at the front of the base plate 30 and an L-shaped positioning plate 70a of a metallic plate 80 of a bending material is provided thereon at the right and left of the roller 40 with its standard face on a tangent line of the rollers 40, 40a. A bolt 90 to fix the sliding of levers 10 and 20 is provided on the base plate 30 and a bending dimension L of the end face of the roller 50 and the plate 70 is adjusted therewith. Then a plate 80 is inserted from an opening S between the rollers 40 and 50 and the end face is pushed to the plate 70 and also abutted on the plate 70a, and bent slanting it gradually to right while pushing it. |
