摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify a wiring structure without entailing any reduction in recording density, by forming plural light emitting segment trains making an anode electrode in common with one another, while installing each grid electrode separately in position between each light emitting segment train and the cathode. CONSTITUTION:When even line signals among recording signals are inputted, positive voltage is impressed on a first grid electrode 43, and when OV or negative voltage is impressed on a second grid electrode 44, among thermoelectrons emitted out of a filament 45, a thermoelectron passing through a slit 43a of the first grid electrode 43 is accelerated by the positive grid voltage, making the specified (anode voltage is impressed) light emitting segments 36 in a first light emitting segment line emit light. Likewise, when odd line signals are inputted, light emitting segments 37 alone emit light, and thereby one line is recorded by both even and odd line signals. And, with the setting of output timing, the same position in a sub-scanning direction on a sensitive body drum is made so as to be exposed by each light emitting segment line.</p>
