<p>PURPOSE:To secure the safeness of a system by monitoring environmental conditions in a computer room through various sensors when a system power supply is off, and only when there is not abnormality, turning on a power supply for a ventilating device or the like. CONSTITUTION:Even if power supply to a computer system 9 is off, a monitor part 1 always minotors the output of a sensor 8, and when the sensor 8 detects the abnormality of the environmental conditions continuously for a fixed period or more, the detection is stored in the memory part 5. When a power ON command is applied from a power ON resurving part 2 to a control part 4, the control part 4 reads out the abnormal information stored in the memory part 5, and at the existence of abnormality, no power ON command signal is sent to an MG/CVCF distribution board 10. When abnormal status is not stored in the memory part 5, a power ON command signal is supplied, and after a fixed period for arranging all the environmental conditions in the computer room and the output voltage, frequency, etc. of said MG/CVCF has been passed, power is supplied to the computer system 9.</p> |
