PURPOSE:To put a brazing jig coated with SiC to practical use by exposing carbon only in a section being in contact with a metal. CONSTITUTION:Structure in which carbon is exposed in the lower side 18 and side surface 19 of a weight 21 for holding down leads is formed. Structure in which the lower side 20 section of the weight 21 is not brought into contact with the leads 4 is designed. It is preferable that the carbon exposing section 19 is smaller within a range that it is not brought into contact with the leads 4 regarding the side surface of the weight 21. Since contacts among SiC films 15 and the leads 4 are avoided completely in brazing work using the titled jig, the point at issue of adhesion onto the leads of SiC which have been at issue in this kind of jigs is solved. Since the surface of the most abraded cavity side surface 9 consists of SiC in a carbon jig, the problems of fouling due to abrasion and positional displacement are solved. |
