PURPOSE:To prevent a region to be exposed on a reinforcement from being coated with foamed urethane by a method wherein after a die insert is attracted to the region to be exposed on the reinforcement molding material is injected to make an integral molded article. CONSTITUTION:The die insert 12 of magnetic material is attracted to the outside of the bracket 9 to be exposed. A top force 6 is mated with a bottom force 7 to enclose molding space section and urethane material in which polyol, isocyanate, crosslinking agent, foaming agent, catalyst, etc. are mixed at a specified ratio is injected fully into the space section 8. Urethane material is expanded to mold a seatback pad W in which urethane Wa and reinforcement 11 make an integral object. Therefore, the top force 6 is released from the bottom force 7 to remove the die insert 12 attracted outside the bracket 9. Accordingly, the seatback pad W in which foamed urethane is not stuck to the outside of the bracket 9 is obtained. |
