PURPOSE:To restrain excessive flow by providing a control valve having a circular portion projected into a flow path, which is elastically deformed to the lower side when it receives fluid pressure more than fixed. CONSTITUTION:A union packing-type control valve 10 formed by an elastic body comprises a circular union packing corresponding portion 11 and a conical portion 12 projected from the inner peripheral side of the portion 11 to one side. A throttle hole 13 having a diameter smaller than the inside diameter of a flow path to be set is formed in the central portion of the conical portion 12. When the flow rate reaches a certain level, the conical portion 12 is pressed to the lower side of a flow by hydraulic pressure and elastically deformed to reduce the diameter of the central throttle hole 13. Accordingly, the flow rate is controlled not to increase substantially exceeding a certain level. |
