<p>PURPOSE:To produce a reclaimed solution of a polyurethane foam, by adding an amine based catalyst, tin based catalyst, etc. to a phosphoric acid ester based plasticizer, adding shredded waste of the polyurethane foam, etc. to the resultant decomposition solution, heating the mixture under stirring, and dissolving the waste, etc. CONSTITUTION:One or more of an amine based catalyst, e.g. triethylenediamine, tin based catalyst, e.g. dibutyltin dilaurate, aliphatic organic acid, e.g. stearic acid, surfactant, e.g. quaternary ammonium salt or phosphate in the total amount of 0.5pts.wt. or more are added to a mixture solution of 100pts.wt. phosphoric acid ester based plasticizer, e.g. triphenyl phosphate, with up to 2,000pts.wt. polyether polyol, preferably bi- - tetrafunctional polyether polyol having about 1,000-5,000 molecular weight and if necessary a polyhydroxy compound added thereto to prepare a decomposition solution. Up to 800pts.wt., preferably 100- 300pts.wt. shredded waste of polyurethane foam, etc. is added thereto, heated under stirring and dissolved to give the aimed reclaimed solution.</p> |
