<p>Kit for floor areas to be laid out in a mosaic-like manner, formed principally from the combination of a. elongate hexagonal bodies (A), symmetrical in relation to their central plane, with identical side length (a) and two opposite pointed ends (2), b. square shaped bodies (B) with the area of a unit square, formed from the side lengths (a), and c. bodies (C1), three of the sides of which adjoin each other at right angles and at least one of which is inclined in relation to an adjacent side at 45 DEG . By subdivision, trapezoidal bodies (A1), rectangular bodies (B1) and a further body (C2) in the form of a right-angled trapezium are produced. By multiplication, a rectangular shaped body (B2) and an angular shaped body (D) on the basis of side length (a) are obtained. Moreover, by cutting off two pointed ends from A, a rectangular shaped body (A2) with the area a . 2a<1/2> is obtained. As a result, it is made possible on the one hand to obtain a large number of mosaic-like layouts with relatively few shaped bodies such as stones, floor tiles and the like, and on the other hand extensively to increase the number of shaped bodies fitting into the same dimension and design system, in order to obtain a practically unlimited design possibility for areas of any type. <IMAGE></p> |
