PURPOSE:To simply and surely provide a tension for a tape whose one main surface is coated with coating liquid, by installing an air nozzle onto the roller side for driving the tape and providing a tension for the tape by the negative pressure due to the discharge of air from the air nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In order to provide a driving force for a film 35, the winding angle of the film 35 onto a driving roller 31 and the contact pressure to the driving roller 35 are necessary. Since the film immediately after coating can not be attached onto a coating surface, the tension is reduced, and wrinkles, slack and meandering may be generated. Therefore, the air jetted-out from an air nozzle 32 is supplied in the traveling direction from the opposite side to the coated surface of the film 35. Then, a high-speed air stream is formed, and a negative pressure is generated inside the film 35, and the film 35 can be attracted to the air nozzle 32 side. Therefore, the film 35 contacts the driving roller 31, and also the winding angle of the driving roller 31 increases and the film 35 can be applied with a tension. |
