PURPOSE:To correctly control the tension on stop or transition in web taking-up operation by controlling a web taking-up mechanism according to the control signal obtained by integerating the difference between the web tension set in operation and on stop or transition and the actual web tension. CONSTITUTION:The captioned apparatus is equipped with a web taking-up operation part 1 consisting of a brake means for applying a tension controlling power onto a web roll and a clutch means for generating connection state on taking-up driving. Further, the captioned apparatus is equipped with a tension detecting mechanism 2 for detecting the taking-up or -out tension on the web, and after the output is amplified by an addition amplifier 3, the output is delayed by the function of a delaying and tension transmitting circuit 4 when the operation part 1 is in operation, and the delay is released on stop or transition, and the output is input into an arithmetic amplifier 6. Then, the deviation for the setting signal of a tension setting circuit 5 for setting the web tension in operation and on stop or transition is obtained, and the operation part 1 is controlled through a driving circuit 8 by the control signal obtained through the integration of the deviation in an integration circuit 7. |
