PURPOSE:Lymphocytes which produce antibody against swine or human insulin are fused with myeloma cells to form hybridoma, which is screened and cloned to give the titled antibody. CONSTITUTION:Lymphocytes producing antibody against swine or human insulin such as mouse lymphocytes are fused with myeloma cells (e.g., from mouse) to form a hybridoma. Then, the hybridoma which can secrete the antibody against the insulin is subjected to screening and cloning. Monoclonal antibody is collected from the resultant hybridoma. EFFECT:The objective antibody is infinitely produced with same levels of compatibility and potency, resulting in economical immunoassay of high reproducibility.
|
