PURPOSE:To enable continuous execution of processing based on information recorded in a card-type medium by making it possible to re-issue a card-type medium where a new validity term is recorded at the time of the expiration of the validity term of the card-type medium. CONSTITUTION:In case of transfer processing, when a transfer card 10 is inserted into a transfer card insertion port, the term of validity, etc., are read out and outputted to a main control part 11, which decides whether or not the card is within the term of validity. When the card is decided to expire its validity, the control part 11 causes parts to execute necessary operations and makes the transfer content, a re-issue key and a deletion key light display. Then, when a user depresses the re-issue key, the card is collected, and the control part 11 prints the information read out from the old card on the surface by a passbook printing part 13 and re-issues a transfer card recorded in a magnetic stripe. Thus the processing based on the information recorded in the card can be continuously executed. |
