PURPOSE:To control such as bubble generation and transfer in a transfer gate and to simplify constitution by making an enable signal to be applied to plural constant current circuits from a controller common and delaying the period of a control signal. CONSTITUTION:When magnetic bubble memory elements M1 and M2 are simultaneously driven in parallel, a common signal from a controller is supplied to respective input terminals of constant current circuits 61 and 62, and control signals B1 and B2 are independently supplied and are little delayed in period each other. When a generator enable signal is inputted to the circuits 61 and 62, the enable signal is outputted only from the circuit 61 in accordance with the signal B1, and a bubble is generated in the element M1. Moreover, when a swap enable signal is inputted to the circuits 61 and 62, outputs of the circuits 61 and 62 are brought into the swap enable condition in accordance with the signals B1 and B2, transfer gates in the elements M1 and M2 operate, and the transfer to a minor loop is executed. |
