<p>PURPOSE:To write a thicker line and to suppress the increase/decrease of the line width by using a pulse oscillation type semiconductor laser as a laser light source. CONSTITUTION:The laser light 12 delivered from a pulse oscillation type semiconductor laser 11 incorporated to a barrel 10 of a light pen is turned into parallel beams by a lens 13 and condenced by a lens 14. An operator presses this light pen onto a liquid crystal panel to perform writing. Thus a constant line width is secured on said panel even with any manual writing speed by using such a light pen with some control.</p> |
