PURPOSE:To prolong the life of ink roller by preventing the offset and the blur when printed, by slightly displaying the position of ink roller from the ink roller stand and the stamp seal surface. CONSTITUTION:A stamp 1 can be freely rotated in the direction with an arrow mark (a) and a seal surface 2 is given with ink by contacting it in a sliding manner to the body of ink roller 3. Thereafter, the seal surface 2 is arranged downward. A roller 6 capable of moving vertically presses the paper 5 supported with an upside buffer 7 and downside buffer 7 to the stamp seal surface. Fixing knobs 14 and 19 are loosened, a knob 15 being slightly rotated in the circumferential direction and the ink roller stand is slightly displaced. The knobs 14 and 19 are fastened again and the ink roller stand is fixed to the frame again. Thereby, the position of ink roller equipped to the ink roller stand is changed. Therefore, by changing the nip pressure to the stamp seal surface, ink can be controlled to a suitable amount. |
