PURPOSE:To provide a brazing device which can supply automatically a flux in an automatic brazing stage by immersing the tip of a brazing rod in the flux so that the flux sticks to the tip of the brazing rod prior to supplying of the brazing rod by a means for supplying the brazing rod by a means for supplying the brazing rod. CONSTITUTION:A brazing rod 7 extends always for a specified length from the tip of a nozzle 6. An air cylinder 12 is actuated in this state to extend a piston 13 which turns a holder 9 around a shaft 11. More specifically, a means 4 for supplying the brazing rod is displaced downward and therefore the tip of the rod 7 is dipped into the flux 22 in a flux-contg. case 21 so that the pasty flux 22 is stuck thereto. The piston 13 is then returned to the home position and the air cylinder 5 of the means 4 is actuated to advance the nozzle 6. The rod 7 is therefore supplied toward the brazing position of preliminarily heated base metals 1 and at the same time the flux 22 sticking to the tip of the rod 7 is supplied to the position 3. |
