PURPOSE:To shorten a reel exchanging time by constituting the titled device so that a winding reel is engaged with each revolving axis of a driving source of winding provided to a turn table and the winding position of a wire material and the exchanging position of reels are set by turning the table. CONSTITUTION:Winding motors 17, 18 are arranged on a base plate 16 mounted on a supporting post 15 by supporting horizontally turnably a turn table 11 on a supporting frame 10, and reel flanges 21, 22 are provided to the revolving axes 19 of motors 17, 18 through bosses 20 to insert winding reels R to center pins 23 and attaching pins 24.... After winding up a wire rod material L by a bare reel R located at the left side by driving the motor 17, a full reel R is exchanged for a new bare reel till the material L is cut to wind the succeeding material L by the next bare reel R by turning the table 11 approximately by 180 deg. with the aid of a motor 13. In this way, the exchanging time of a full and bare reels is shortened without deteriorating the shape of wound up wire material.
