<p>The apparatus has a base, a pair of rear members 28 extending upwardly and inwardly to a joint 30, cantilever member 32 extending forwardly from the joint, vertical guide means 44, 46, and a glide assembly 60 having a plurality of selectable weights 54 mounted thereon. The apparatus also includes a bench 14 having a leg curl assembly 16 at one end thereof.
