PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and also to decrease the number of component parts of a piezoelectric resonator by filling a sublimating agent, for example, into a space between the vibration surface of an energy enclosing type piezoelectric resonator and another circuit element and then covering a vibration area with wax, etc. to form a resin shell. CONSTITUTION:Naphthalene 42 is filled into a space between a resonator substrate 12 and a capacitor substrate 22 which are formed into a body by dipping a unified matter of a state shown in the figure into a naphthalene solution. Then the unified matter is dipped into the fused wax, and the wax 44 is attached to the both unified substrates. In this case, the wax 44 is never mixed into the space between both substrates 12 and 22 since the naphthalene 42 is filled there. At the same time, it is required to supply the wax 44 at least to the vibration area of a piezoelectric resonator. Then the unified matter is dipped into the fused resin which is hardened with heat to be hardened with heat. Thus a resin shell 40 is obtained. |
