PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of double feeding by forming an electrode pattern in an electrostatically attracting plate in the shape that one pectinated electrode surrounds the other pectinated electrode. CONSTITUTION:A paper feeding member has an electrostatically attracting plate 1 for generating an electrostatically attracting force to a paper. The electrode pattern of the plate 1 is formed in the shape that one 18b of a pair of pectinated electrodes 18a, 19b surrounds the other 18a. The electrode 18a is connected as a high voltage side electrode with the high voltage side of a high voltage power source E, and the electrode 18b is connected with the earth side. |
