发明名称 HEAT TRANSFER PIPE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to stably send a large amount of high temperature heated fluid without the pressure loss and to make possible the elongation of the life of a heat transfer pipe, by a method wherein the heat transfer pipe of which one end is connected to a fluid supplying header and the other end is connected to an exhaust header, is formed with anti-corrosion metallic pipe under specified value of outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:The heat transfer pipe 1 is connected between the supplying header 2 and the exhaust header 3, and many of heat transfer pipes of the outer diameter under 3mm are arranged parallel between the two headers 2, 3. Liquid is used as a heated fluid, and when it is supplied and passed through the heat transfer pipe 1, since the heat transfer pipe 1 is a metallic small pipe so that the pressure receiving area of the inside surface of the pipe is small, the passing fluid can be made high pressure and the fluid reaches to the exhaust header without evaporation even if it is heated by the heat exchanger. Hereby, heated fluid can be made to exist always at the condition of high temperature and high pressure in the heat transfer pipe without increasing the passage resistance in the heat transfer pipe 1. Accordingly, a large amount of high temperature heated fluid can be sent to the exhaust header 3 at the stable condition without pressure loss, and, furthermore, the life of the heat transfer pipe can be elongated because it has anti-corrosion properties.
