PURPOSE:To eliminate a delay in operation, and to obtain the good-quality treated water by arranging in an original water supply system an original water tank and an original water pump which is started at the upper limit of the original water level in the original water tank and is stopped at the lower limit, and providing a pressurized water supply system on the introducing side of the treated water. CONSTITUTION:The treated water in a treated water tank 42 is passed through a valve 51, pressurized with a pressurized water pump 52, passed through a valve 53, and supplied with compressed air from a compressor 54. Then the water is introduced into an ejector 55 wherein the water is again mixed with the air returned from a gas and liquid separating vessel 56, and introduced into the gas and liquid separating vessel 56. 57 is a detector for detecting the level in the gas and liquid separating vessel 56, and 58 is a pressure switch. The pressurized air separated from the gas and liquid separating vessel 56 is returned to the ejector 55 through a pipe 59. The pressurized water which is separated from undissolved gas in the gas and liquid separating vessel 56 is supplied into a piping 35 through an opening and closing valve 60 and a flow rate control valve 61.
