PURPOSE:To improve the radio wave reflecting characteristic and long-time weather resisting property of a parabolic reflector, by covering the concave surface of a radio wave reflecting layer formed by adhering a metallic layer to a nonwoven fabric on which numerous holes are scattered with a radio wave permeable layer made of a synthetic resin and uniting the convex back of the radio wave reflecting layer with a layer reinforced by a synthetic resin in one body. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave reflecting layer 2 formed on a parabolic reflector 1 is formed by adhering a metallic layer 22 to a nonwoven fabric 21 on which numerous holes 3 are scattered. The concave surface of the reflecting layer 2 is covered with a radio wave permeable layer 4 made of a radio wave permeable synthetic resin and the layer 4 is laminated with unsaturated polyester resin after glass fiber mats are mixed. The convex back of the reflecting layer 2 is united with a synthetic resin reinforced layer 5 and the layer 5 is made of a reinforced synthetic resin mixed with reinforcing fibers, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, metallic fiber, etc. Therefore, the parabolic reflector can be worked easily and its radio wave reflecting characteristic and long-time weather resisting property can be improved. |
