PURPOSE:To increase heat dissipating effect and to reduce temperature rise of primary and secondary coils by making the thickness of iron cores in laminating direction larger than the longitudinal or the transverse length of the iron core and by making the laminating direction vertical. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 17 is housed in a case 26 on an insulation plate 27 on the bottom of the case. The transformer 17 is placed vertically in the laminating direction of iron cores 10 and terminals 22, 23 are provided on the top of the transformer. Each terminal 22, 23 is connected to a lead wire and is led out from the aperture of the case 26. In a space between the case 26 and the transformer 17, a filler material 28 made of electrically insulating resin is filled. |
