PURPOSE:To improve the vibration preventing performance without damaging the size of damping force by changing the opening area of an orifice between two liquid chambers by a valve connected to a diaphragm operated by pnumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION:The edges of a diaphragm 21 and a partition plate 22 are mounted on a first plate member 20 and a power unit by bolts 24. Between the plate member 20 and the diaphragm 21 is formed an air chamber 28 for driving a rod 37 and a valve 38, and the partition plate 22 is provided with large and small orifices 35, 36 to be closed and opened by the valve 38. A first liquid chamber 40 surrounded by the diaphragm 21 and the partition plate 22 and a second liquid chamber 41 surrounded by the partition plate 22 and a supporting elastic body communicate to each other through the orifices 35, 36. When the orifice 35 is closed by the valve 38 and the orifice 36 is opened, the flow resistance between the chambers 40, 41 is high and the damping force is increased to provide a large vibration controlling force. |
