<p>PURPOSE:To travel or stop a train in the boundary of sections by generating a time clock signal inversely proportional to the speed of the train. CONSTITUTION:A signal discriminator 3 discriminates an automatic train control (ATC) signal frequency and outputs a frequency signal 3a. A time circuit 6 inputs the signal 3a and a time clock signal 5a, outputs after the prescribed rising time, and stops its output after the prescribed falling time. A low order signal priority circuit 7 selects a lower output of the circuit 6, and applies it as a limit speed to a frequency comparator 13 through an AND circuit 8 and an OR circuit 10. A time clock generator 5 outputs a time pulse 5a of the period inversely proportional to the output of a tachometer generator 11. Thus, the previous signal is stored in the boundary of sections to travel or stop in an unstable place.</p> |
