PURPOSE:To automate picture editing of a video tape recorder by using a series of control computer for selecting a required picture from a reproduced picture of a picture recorded tape and picture recording on the video tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:A picture recording video tape recorder 3 records an output of a digital developer 4 which adds characters and graphic signals outputted from a personal computer 1 at a specific timing based on a reproduced video signal and program by a reproduction video tape recorder 2. Stop/travel signals outputted from the computer 1 are inputted into a system controller 3a. The controller 3a causes the recorder 3 to stop and travel a picture recording tape (not shown in the figure) based on a command of the stop/travel signal inputted from the computer 1. |
