<p>An insulated plate and plane wire meshes are assembled with a jig. The first supporting wire, which is conveyed to the endless, is inserted to the insulated panel with a constant length. The contact portion of the first supporting wire with the plane wire mesh is electric-welded and then its upper edge is cut. The second supporting wire passes the same process as the first wire. The contact portion of the first and second wires with the upper plane wire mesh is electric-welded and then the jig is separated. A machine for producing this insulated panel is submitted.</p> |
