PURPOSE:To shorten a manufacturing period of time and to improve dimensional accuracy, by laminating flat plates by a method wherein a groove is hollowed through etching without making them bend and the groove-formed surfaces are made to confront with each other. CONSTITUTION:The titled laminated heat exchanger consists of flat plates 11, 12, the flat plate 11 has no unevenness, a groove part 13 is obtained by making etching extending over the whole of the plate 11 and as for the flat plate 12 a protruded part 14 is obtained without applying the etching to the same and a hollowed part 15 is obtained by applying the etching to only the same. Then the flat plates 11, 12 are manufactured respectively by the one time etching, and formation of a flow path becomes possible by piling up both the flat plates as per a drawing. Then the flow path can be formed also by laminating in order flat plates 16 which are obtained by etching both the sides of the same, making a cross section into an I-shaped state and forming the protruded parts on the one side groove. In this instance, a height of the protruded part is made flush with that of a side wall of the flat plate. With this construction, along with an improvement in getting dimensional accuracy by halving a depth of the etching, an etching period of time can be shortened. |
