PURPOSE:To meet the requirement for strict impedance matching in such a circuit as a differential circuit by a method wherein dummy throughholes are opened in at least one of multiple wiring channel nets by multilared wiring to set up an optional impedance ratio between other wiring channel nets connected by the troughholes. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of a transistor Q1 comprising a differential amplifier is connected to a rated current supply 3 passing throughholes 1, 2 while another emitter of another transistor Q2 is also connected to the rated current supply 3 passing the other throughholes 10, 11. At this time, the throughholes 10, 11 are utilized as dummy troughholes to provide a wiring structure of Al assuming an optional impedance ratio between the wiring channel nets of the transistor Q1. Through these procedures, the wiring channel nets may be provided with an optimum impedance ratio to eliminate any unmatching in wiring impedance. |
