PURPOSE:To nonmilk creamer, obtained by using a sugaralcohol as a freezing point depression agent, and pourable from a container at a freezing temperature without browning a composition even by heating in a sterilization step, etc. CONSTITUTION:A nonmilk creamer consisting of an oil-in-water type emulsion, consisting of one or two or more selected from the group consisting of a sugaralcohol, a polyhydric alcohol, a reducing starch hydrolyzate and a thick malt syrup of reducing maltose as a freezing point depression agent, water in an, amount of about 1-2:1 weight ratio between the freezing point depression agent and the water, about 2.5-30wt% vegetable oil and a necessary additive, and having about 0.8-0.95 moisture activity. |
