PURPOSE:To prepare yellow maize flour having good taste, easily edible, having high nutritive value, by blending flour of maize with yellow powder in a given specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:Maize is roasted, its tip is removed while being ground, to give flour of maize, which is blended with yellow powder in a weight ratio of 1:2, and, if necessary, a sweetener and a small amount of salt. |
