PURPOSE:To provide a single yarn cheese, by a method wherein indigo-dyed rope-shaped yarns, consisting of hundreds of yarns, are simultaneously reeled around beams each for a lot of hundreds yarns, and thereafter, the yarns are unreeled from the beam around wach bobbin, and finally the yarns are unreeled from the bobbin around the cheese. CONSTITUTION:When indigo-dyed single yarn cheese is produced from indigo- dyed rope-shaped yarn, yarns are drawn out from a number of the cheeses 1, and the yarns are collected in the shape of a rope to reel them around a core 2. Rope-shaped yarns 3 so reeled are immersed in a starting bath 4 of indigo-dyed to produce indigo-dyed rope-shaped yarns 5. Thereafter, the rope-shaped yarns 5, indigo-dyed in a first fiber-separating process 6 are simultaneously reeled in each lot of tens singla yarns around a beam 7. In a second fiber-separating process 9, tens single yarns are reeled, and the single yarns are simultaneously reeled one by one around plural flange bobbins 8 from the narrow beams 7, into which the beam is individually split. Continuously, in an unreel process 10, each one single yarn reeled around the each bobbin 8 is unreeled to form a cheese 12. |
