PURPOSE:To extrude without drip at extrusion stopping time nor time lag at extrusion starting time by moving backward an extrusion piston when the extrusion of viscous agent is stopped. CONSTITUTION:Clutch means 59 for moving backward a piston 12 and regulating means 47 for varying the stopping position of an extrusion rod 3 by moving backward are provided. When a switch lever 20 is separated after a motor 7 is driven and the piston 12 of a cartridge 10 is extruded by the rod 3, the rod 3 moves backward. The piston 12 prevents from moving backward by the remaining internal pressure in the viscous agent 13 of the cartridge 10, and the viscous agent 13 prevents from dripping from a nozzle 11. The rotary load of an output shaft 58 can be regulated so that the backward movement of the piston 12 is set that the load of the shaft 58 and the internal pressure of the agent 13 are balanced in the state that a plunger 14 provided at the end of the rod 3 and the piston 12 are not separated, with the result that, when the rod 3 is moved forward, the agent 13 can be immediately extruded from the nozzle 11. |
